Isaac Hasson is a serial entrepreneur with over 45 years of business experience spanning footwear manufacturing, retail supply, pan-African trade, telecommunications, and technology. He is recognised for building businesses from inception to scale across multiple industries and geographies with a consistent ability to identify market inflection points and act decisively.

His career began in cross-border trade with sub-Saharan Africa, representing South African manufacturers and state-owned enterprises across the continent. He co-founded Broadway Footwear, scaling it to over 600 employees and 4 Million pairs per annum within three years, before successfully exiting the investment.
In telecommunications, he co-founded Telecel on the eve of South Africa's mobile revolution growing the business to over 160 retail stores and 380 employees before selling to a JSE-listed company in 1999. He subsequently co-founded PACONET, attracting investment from AIG African Infrastructure Fund, and established international data-transmission infrastructure across eight African countries.
Since 2002, Mr Hasson has led operations that have grown into one of the largest design and supply platforms for footwear and accessories serving the African retail market, with product reaching thousands of retail points of sale across sub-Saharan Africa. He has integrated AI-driven tools into product selection, order management, and inventory planning, reflecting a sustained commitment to operational efficiency.
